## Safety and Privacy

XTweetly Agent is not affiliated with X Corp. It works through the user's logged-in browser session on x.com. Browser-session automation may conflict with X's Terms of Service and could put an account at risk. The extension is human-approved by default and starts in dry-run mode.

Most data stays on the user's device in Chrome storage. For AI features, relevant tweet text and style context are sent to the managed AI service to generate drafts. The backend stores plan, credit, and usage metadata, not tweet/draft content.
